Student Service Agreement

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and enrolling in courses provided by CA MOHIT KUKREJA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all students, visitors, and others who access our educational services.

02 Course Access & Licenses

Upon enrollment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access the course materials. Access is typically restricted to:

One registered Laptop and/or one registered Mobile device.
The specific exam attempt (Batch) selected during purchase.

Prohibited: Sharing login credentials or attempting to record/redistribute the lectures is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.

03 Intellectual Property

All content included in our courses, such as video lectures, PDFs, graphics, logos, and books, is the intellectual property of CA MOHIT KUKREJA. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

04 Course Validity & Batches

Course validity is batch-specific (e.g., May 2026 or Nov 2026). Once the validity period expires or the exam attempt is over, access to the course materials will be deactivated automatically.

05 Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our course content, pricing, and technical delivery methods at any time without prior notice to ensure the best educational standards.
